How to log documents while joining a car

I was enrolled my car but nobody contacted me i dont know whats next procedure. At Ibibo ryde i was create username and password after that no body contacted i dont know whats the next step so please help me your concern team. In application its showing as concern team will contact within 24 hours but nobodycalls me Now i dont know what will do so please please help me for enroll my car
