Unable to accept the trip

M getting trip by normal sms n wen i follow d link it takes me to driver app for mannage driver N wen i mannaged driver profile n submit its not work. Pls do needfull m unable to get trips on my driver app. Parvez patel

I am also facing the same problem,

friends I really not understand why they are not giving properly information about this problem I am calling the customers care so they asking in 3 seconds someone take a tripe so I just imagine how they do it....?? I think this all stating they only provides some choices person or personal giving tripe. I really so disappointing with this services. every day 50 msg coming but not receive any trip ...? I just request this company please deactivate my account.

My problem also same her... Only msg are coming but if i come to driver app by this msg link so showed me they trip are already given some one... Any that is not a one time i am gating last 24 day that msgs are comming but not even one trip also...

My problem is massage late show when I open the massage than trip all ready accepted some one
