Incentive not received as per yours commitment

I done trip from Bangalore to Vellore on March 2nd I was informed so many times regarding of this but no response from Ur side

Can some one teach me how it works cos m new here

May be there is no such incentive here

I have done a lot of trips (5*) but didn't find incentive till today.
