Extra km charges detail for all the category vehicles pls....

As per your instruction I fed the odometer reading in driver app at the customer spot.
Actual km limit is 250, but at the time of completion 61km extra has been used by the customer. for SUV vehicle least extra km charge 12*61 =732 ,but as per app we got the final bill for extra km as 360/- only.....what is the reliability of you app. Should I calculate manually and charge the customer????....Account details in payout also shows the used km as 250. Then who will pay the balance amout???.
